Scale the revenues and job-creation capabilities of 300 small women-owned businesses.
Support the early to mid-stage execution of policies relating to the:
National dignity program (distribution of menstrual products and related education across SA schools), and
40% set-aside of all state procurement for women-owned enterprises.
Provide 150 mid-level female professionals with the tools they need to assume senior roles.
Launch provincial chapters in line with a phased expansion plan that aims to increase WENOSA’s reach.
Facilitate the admission of 50% of Lefontse Girls High’s bachelor pass learners into higher-education programs, and guarantee that the top performing learners receive scholarships at leading universities.
Safeguard the organization’s sustainability by means of long-term funding agreements and strategic partnerships.
